Andy Miles has produced and presented radio programs on WORT in Madison, Wisconsin and WLUW-Chicago and written freelance arts and history articles for a dozen print and electronic publications. He has also worked for Wisconsin Public Television and the Federal News Service. Today he is the owner and editor-in-chief of Capital Transcripts, a transcript production company specializing in congressional hearing transcripts.

Born outside of Chicago, he has called Chicago, Madison, Washington, D.C., and Berlin, Germany home. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
